Answers Grounded in the Live Platform

Questions operators ask when evaluating CapGrowth OS — product scope, setup, migration, security, and pricing. No invented features.

Product

What is CapGrowth OS?

CapGrowth OS is the operating system for private lending and capital management. It unifies capital, loans, investors, payments, collections, accounting views, analytics, reporting, portals, and multi-company administration.

Is CapGrowth OS a basic loan tracker?

No. It is built as a full operating system covering capital, servicing, collections, investor attribution, portals, analytics, accounting layers, audit logs, and administration.

Is CapGrowth OS a loan origination system?

It supports loan products, applications, approve/deny decisions, disbursement details, and servicing. It is broader than origination alone — including capital, collections, portals, and reporting.

Can it manage investor capital?

Yes. Staff tools cover investor registry, deposits, capital assignment to loans, earnings, payouts, and reports. Investors can use the investor portal for dashboard, loans, statements, and profile access.

Can it calculate and manage rollovers?

Yes. Operators can generate and manage monthly rollovers with balances tracked alongside the loan portfolio.

Does it include accounting?

Yes. CapGrowth OS includes an accounting layer (chart of accounts, journals, GL, trial balance, P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) plus Excel/PDF exports. Whether it fully replaces your external accounting stack depends on your finance process — confirm during demo.

Is CapGrowth OS still in Beta?

Yes. The live product channel is Beta (v1.6.x). Features marketed on this site are verified in the current platform; roadmap items such as MFA are labeled separately.

Setup

How long does implementation take?

Many deployments target a few weeks with structured onboarding — discovery, configuration, data migration, training, and go-live — depending on data quality and scope.

What do we need to provide?

Company information, loan book, borrower and investor data, capital balances, loan products, branding assets, user list, and your operating policies/workflows.

Do you train our team?

Yes. Implementation includes role-focused training for daily operations, payments, reporting, and portals.

Can we run multiple companies?

Yes. CapGrowth OS supports multi-company operations with company switching and tenant isolation.

Data Migration

Can I migrate from spreadsheets?

Yes. Most clients start from spreadsheet or fragmented file exports. We map and migrate loan, investor, and capital records with reconciliation checks.

Will historical data come across?

Core operational records can be migrated when source data is complete enough. Exact history depth is scoped during discovery.

What if our data is messy?

That is common. Discovery identifies gaps early so balances and investor attribution are validated before go-live.

Loans and Rollovers

Can we configure loan products?

Yes. Loan products can be configured for origination and servicing.

Can staff approve or deny applications?

Yes. Application review includes approve/deny pathways, with approval-policy eligibility checks where enabled.

Are disbursement details supported?

Yes. Disbursement method and banking details are part of the loan lifecycle in the current platform.

Is collateral supported?

Collateral fields/support exist in the platform where enabled. Confirm the depth you need during demo.

Investors

Can investors view statements?

Yes. Investor statement access is available through investor tools and the investor portal.

Can we assign investor capital to loans?

Yes. Capital assignment links investors to loan participation.

Can we track earnings and payouts?

Yes. Staff workflows support earnings generation/recalculation and payout tracking.

Accounting

Does CapGrowth OS replace QuickBooks or Xero?

It provides an operational accounting layer for lending. Some teams still keep an external general ledger. Use the demo to decide the right boundary for your finance process.

What statements are available?

Chart of accounts, journals, general ledger, trial balance, profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow — with Excel exports for key reports.

Can we export reports?

Yes. Excel (XLSX) and PDF export paths exist for portfolio, executive, collections, capital, investor statements, and related reports.

Portals

Can borrowers log in?

Yes. The client portal supports applications, borrowing status, documents, payments, and notifications.

Can investors log in?

Yes. The investor portal supports dashboard, loans, statement, and profile views.

Are portals white-labeled?

Company branding is supported. Full white-label portal products should be confirmed for your plan — do not assume unrestricted white-label without discussion.

Security

How is access controlled?

Company RBAC with roles such as owner, manager, loan officer, collections officer, accountant, and viewer, plus tenant isolation between companies.

Is MFA available today?

No. MFA is a planned enhancement and is not advertised as available now.

Do you claim SOC 2 or bank certification?

No. This site does not claim SOC 2, PCI, or similar certifications.

What security controls exist today?

Password hashing, CSRF protection, secure production cookies, email verification, password reset, RBAC, tenant isolation, upload access control, audit logs, API key authentication, and governance approvals.

Pricing

What are the list prices?

Indicative pricing: Starter $299/month, Professional $699/month, Enterprise custom. Confirm current packaging on a demo call.

Are there per-loan transaction fees?

List packaging is presented as flat monthly indicative pricing without per-loan transaction fees. Confirm any commercial exceptions during sales discussion.

What affects final pricing?

Active loans, companies, users, portal needs, migration scope, reporting needs, support level, API access, and implementation complexity.

Support

What support is included?

Onboarding support is included with standard plans; priority or dedicated support is available on higher tiers. Confirm the exact support model for your agreement.

Is the platform available internationally?

CapGrowth OS is a web application. Availability, hosting region, and local compliance needs should be confirmed for your country during demo.

How do I request a demo?

Use the Request Demo form. Our team responds within one business day to schedule a walkthrough. Form submissions are acknowledged on-site; CRM/email automation may still be pending in some deployments.
